Tom began his career in accounting in 1999 at Atlantic Advisors, LLC, a leading independent global emerging markets funds management company as a staff accountant. He then accepted a position with Andersen & Company, LLC in 2001. There he went on to specialize in the areas of individual taxation & corporate accounting. Tom is Co-Founder and Co-Managing Partner of Andersen Financial Group, LLC and a member of the National Society of Accountants as well as a registered tax return preparer. Tom is an expert in tax areas related to partnerships, estates & trusts, corporations, and individual taxes.

Tracy began her career in accounting, at the professional services firm formally known as BDO Seidman, LLP in the audit department in 1996. She then accepted a position with Andersen & Company, LLC in 1999. There she went on to specialize in the areas of real estate accounting and individual taxation. Tracy is Co-Founder and Co-Managing Partner of Andersen Financial Group, LLC as well as a certified public accountant registered to practice in Connecticut and New York. Tracy is an expert in tax areas related to real estate, partnerships, corporations and individual taxes.
